Watching an expert demonstrate a procedure can provide valuable information, but observation is only one part of learning. Interactive training allows learners to actively participate. They can follow prompts, make decisions, practice individual steps, and eventually work through a scenario independently. This transition from watching to doing is central to the InPractice learning experience.
